Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You have 14 days from receipt of your goods to let us know you would like to return an item - after this time, we cannot accept a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We cannot refund made-to-order items such as cut fabrics/trims, project boxes or one-off boxes unless faulty.
Non-returnable items:
Project boxes
Cut lengths of fabric
Cut lengths of ribbon/trims

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (where applicable):
Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds 
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, dependent upon if the goods have been received in saleable condition.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds take approximately 3-5 working days to process. If you haven’t received a refund, first check your account then your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In this instance, let us know that your item is defective or damaged and we will exchange, replace or refund you for the item.
We do not offer direct exchanges on non-faulty/damaged items - in this case you will need to return us the original item at your own cost for a refund on the original item, you can then order the replacement item you would like separately. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
